Fernando Leano del Fierro Jr.'s Obituary
Fernando "Nandy" del Fierro Jr was 82 years old when he rested in peace on August 22, 2022 in Olympia, WA. Nandy was born in Manila, Philippines January 21, 1940 to Fernando del Fierro Sr & Hemenegilda Leano del Fierro. He grew up in Manila and went to Torres High School. He received a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Far Eastern University. Nandy met his lovely wife of 57 years, Lilia del Fierro, and had 3 daughters, Rosalie, Grace & Rowena.
In his younger years, one of Nandy's favorite past-time was playing basketball. Lolo (his Dad) would be upset when he could not find him because he would sneak out to play. As a young man he appreciated good fashion and delicious food with the company of friends and family.
As a food enthusiast, this led him to several restaurant business ventures. For many years, he & Lilia owned Sebastian’s, a steak & seafood restaurant in Tacoma and Pambihira Oriental Market.
With his older brother Antonio del Fierro. These adventures took them to many World Expositions across the globe. Starting in 1968 San Antonio, TX, 1974 in Spokane, WA, 1975 in Okinawa, Japan, 1983 in Munich, Germany, 1982 in Knoxville, TN, 1984 in New Orleans, LA, 1985 in Tsukuba, Japan, 1986 in Vancouver, BC, 1988 in Brisbane, Australia & lastly 1992 in Columbus, Ohio.
After many years of hard work, Nandy & Lilia retired. They spent time with their grandchildren Christian, DJ, Caige, Cayla Brandon, Jenson & Amelia.
Their entertainment was to socialize and play at BJ’s Bingo, breakfasts at IHOP & Panera, Sunday afternoons watching his favorite Seattle sports teams, and spending time in prayer.

· Grace (middle daughter) with husband Brian & children Christian, Caige & Cayla. Along with Cayla’s husband Corey & their son Caeden.
· Rowena (youngest daughter) with her husband Michael & their children Jenson & Amelia
· Ching del Fierro Castro (sister)
· Dick del Fierro (brother)
