Faye Ann Thoma's Obituary
Faye Ann Thoma Yelm/Roy WA
On October 6th, 2021, Faye Ann Thoma went to be with our Lord and Savior.
She was born Faye Ann Hensen, on 22 June 1941, in Campbellsport, WI.
Faye was proceeded in death by her husband and soulmate, Richard “Dick” Thoma (Dec 11, 2016), with whom she was married for 56 years. Faye is survived by her four children and their families: Brian and his wife Reese, Alan and his wife Theresa, Todd and his wife Dominique, and Adana and her husband John; nine grandchildren: Amber, April, Autumn, Branden and his wife Riley, Ryan and his wife Jenice, Nina and her husband Kyle, Erik, Amanda and her husband Ryan, and Tyler; and eight great grandchildren: Mason, Gideon, Niyah, Todd, Hunter, Jase, Dmitri, and Ember.
Faye was an extremely loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother (“GG”). She loved and supported Dick throughout his 20-year US Army career and when opening their small business, “Woods of Roy” following his military retirement. She had strong will, character, integrity, honor and faith, and instilled these values into her children throughout their lives. She enjoyed reading, puzzles and spending time with friends and family, especially when snow-birding at the residence on Gold Canyon, AZ.
The Catholic Funeral Mass for Faye will be on Friday, October 22nd, 2021, at 9:00 AM, at St. Columban Catholic Church, 506 1st St. S., Yelm, WA. Following the funeral mass, Faye will be laid to rest with her husband Dick in the Garden of Honor, Mountain View Memorial Park, Lakewood in a private family ceremony.
The family would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation for the many prayers and support already received.
