I am sorry to learn of my cousin Eunice’s passing. She was instrumental in my choosing education as a career. One summer she and Harry took me with them from Minnesota to Washington for a long visit. I had never seen mountains before. Thank you, cousin Eunice. I know you are rejoicing in heaven now.
Mrs. DeSoto was my school teacher at Birney School and Baker Jr. High School.
She introduced me to Jesus and God when I was about 7 years old at 2nd grade. She was a big influence in my life. She taught me how to read lips and to improve my speech.
She was a very good Christian who deeply believes in God and Jesus. He was a huge influence to everyone she knew. She had a big warm heart for everyone.
I will always remember her for the rest of my life. She was a Sainte.

I am very sorry to hear of her passing. She was my teacher from early age to junior high. Very good teacher and strict. Kind regard to her family.
Clearly Harry and Eunice were a major factor in my family's life for over 80 years. They dated with my parents and were friends back in Minnesota. In later years they traveled to Europe together. They taught me how to walk.
Eunice lamented that all of her friends were in heaven. Now she can see and enjoy them forever.
