Eui-Hwan Hwang, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born in Chung-Nam, South Korea, on April 4, 1938, Eui-Hwan lived a life defined by generosity, resilience, and unwavering devotion to those he cherished most.
A man of quiet strength and boundless heart, Eui-Hwan was a loving father to three sons and a proud grandfather to two grandchildren. His greatest joy was found in the laughter and closeness of family—he loved them more than anything in the world, and his presence was a steady source of comfort and warmth.
Eui-Hwan was a tireless worker, never one to shy away from a challenge, and always willing to lend a hand. His generosity extended far beyond his household, touching the lives of many with his kindness and humility. Whether offering help or sharing a story, he gave freely and without expectation.
He found peace in nature, especially along the ocean shores where he would wade waist-deep into the surf, patiently casting his line in pursuit of a fish and a moment of stillness.
