Eugene Thomas
Eugene (Gene) Ray Thomas, 74, of Spanaway, WA went to heaven Wednesday February 4th 2015.
He was the son to the late Harold Osbourne Thomas Sr. and Mildred Gray Thomas in Wilmington North Carolina and brother Harold Osbourne Thomas Jr. deceased.
Gene is survived by his loving wife Kong Cha Thomas of Spanaway, WA and his loyal dog Popo. He is also survived by sister Ethel Singles (Jack) of Holden Beach, NC and brother James Thomas (Pamela) of Rocky Point NC.
Gene had lived in Korea most of his life where he met his loving wife of 38 years Kong Cha.
He loved his wife Kong, loyal dog Popo, and his family dearly and would do anything for them.
Gene served in the US Army for 27 years and Civil Service for 21 years. There was not a day that would go by where he would not talk about his days in the military. He loved being in Korea and being around the culture and people.
Gene enjoyed making people happy by joking around or offereing his help. He also enjoyed working around the house and became a familiar face around Home Depot. He will always be remembered as a wonderful man and will be missed by many.
