Eugene Allen Crane, Jr.
Gene Crane passed quietly away on January 5, 2010 at the age of 52. He grew up in Spanaway, WA and graduated from Bethel High School in 1976. Gene worked in the Engineering Department at Multicare for 20 years, a position he dearly loved. Gene's passions were his family, drag racing, photography, gaming, and his parrots. Preceded in death by his father, Gene leaves behind, to keep his memories alive, his daughter Amanda Crane, mother Sharlene Crane, and sister Dana Crane-Nichols (Jim). He is also survived by numerous relatives, friends and colleages. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Jackson Hall, 314 Martin Luther King Way, Tacoma. Donations in his memory may be made to Tacoma General Hospital School of Nursing Fund, P.O. Box 5296, Tacoma, WA 98415-0296.
