in honor of Esther.

In truth, I don't recall ever even meeting Esther, although she was my aunt! She was my dad Ernest Oscar Danielson's older or oldest sister. He was second youngest in his family with seven sisters! He was born to Oscar and Bertha Danielson who lived in Twin Valley Minnesota. I wish i had known Esther and several of his other sisters. I did know Harriet (Danielson) and Ernie Malmskog and their kids, Snookie (Joyce Danielson) and Drex Drechsal; Hazel (Danielson) and Lorentz Hegstad and their kids. I met others too, but am on the run at the moment and can't think fast enough! I'd love to learn about Esther and her family, if you can email me at [email protected].

Dear Family of Esther,
We were so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mother. So thankful that she was able to celebrate her 100th birthday - quite a milestone. I thought of her on her birthday and hoped that she was doing well. Your Mother and our Mother, Margaret Thompson, were roomates at Heartwood for a few years. On our visits to our Mom, we always looked forward to seeing Esther too. She was such a sweet and kind lady - always a big smile, a warm handshake and a fun conversation. Your Mom lived to be 100 and ours was 95 (it has been almost a year since we lost our Mom). They both had a full and happy life and for that we can be very thankful. We must remember that they are both in a better place now, the pain and suffering for them is gone. You must always treasure the memories you have of the good and fun times you were able to share together. We will always remember our good friend Esther. Please accept our deepest sympathy at this sad and difficult time. Our love, thoughts and prayers are with you.
