I can’t express the sadness I felt when I learned that Gene is no longer with us.
Our many years of friendship, which began in grade school, has always been very dear to me.
We shared our growing up years together getting in hay, working on cars, swimming at Surprise Lake and trying to keep one step ahead of our parents.
We were also lucky enough to spend a little time together in Long Beach, CA when we were both in the Navy.
My sincere sadness is offered.
