Epifania Quiocho's Obituary
Epifania Due Quiocho, age 83, of Lakewood, Washington passed away peacefully on June 11, 2021.
Known by family and friends as Faye, she was born April 5, 1938 in Mabalacat Pampanga, Philippines to Abelardo & Marina Due. In 1959 she married Jesus Jaime Quiocho of Honokaa, HI and together raised their sons primarily in Lakewood until his passing in 1983.
She is survived by their four sons: Joseph Quiocho and wife Kimberly, Aldous Quiocho, Jesus Jaime Quiocho Jr., Daniel Quiocho and wife Jana, her sisters, Isabelita Due (Batul), Carolina Due (McElroy), Julieta Due (Ramos), brother Ferdinand Due, 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Felecito Due, Crisogono Due, Jose Due and sister Asuncion Due (Anderson).
She was an employee of the State of Washington from 1973 until retiring in 1993. After retiring, she was able to pursue her love of traveling which took her to numerous destinations around the world. There was also much time spent between Lakewood and Texas. Faye was a parish member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church in Lakewood and Our Lady Queen of the Universe when down south. Nothing made Faye happier than sharing her love of cooking through many meals shared with family and friends. She also enjoyed gardening, playing bingo, bridge, animals and going to the casino. She loved to go camping and fishing with the whole family. Above all else she especially treasured her time spent with grandchildren and watching them grow up. The family has many special memories and traditions to cherish.
A private family service will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home on Friday, July, 9th 2021.
