I'm so sad....the joy and support she brought me over the years has been a source of inspiration and delight.
I met Emmalou through her interest in quilting.
Emma Lou has always had a gentle spirit about her....and so wise!! She had a quick wit, and it always surprised us all when that wit came out.
Emma Lou has always had a great sense if color, and her quilt piecing, many times showed how progressive she was.
It celebrated the traditional thoughts about quilting and still embracing new techniques and ideas.
Emma Lou will always inspire me to be more like her. Involved, compassionate, lively, young at heart, understanding, and so much more.
There isn't any one to take her place in our hearts. Her memory is a sweet one.
All our prayers and thoughts are with you and her family as you work through this grieving period, and pray the memories are as sweet as the ones we have.
