Emma Proctor's Obituary
Emma passed away on Dec. 2, 2012 in the loving arms of her favorite granddaughter, Tammy, who was always there for her, along with great-grandchildren Justine, Frankie, and Joshua. Emma went to heaven to be with her husband, Frank, and sons Jim and Frankie.
She is survived by her daughter Dell Lowe, sisters, Shirley Bekken, Marilyn Wood, and Nadine Wilson, and brother Ronald (Penny) Miles, and by grandchildren Crissy, Missy, and Jimmy, seven great-grandchildren, and by numerous nieces and nephews.
Many thanks to her second family at the Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community. She loved all those who loved her.
Services will be held at 11:00 on Monday, December 10, 2012 in the Mountain View Garden Chapel.
