My sister loved this man with all her heart. We were not able to grow up together my sister and I, but I am thankful this man came into her life. I thought he was so cute...and I could tell by watching him these past few yrs that he loved my sister. I am so glad I was able to know him. My grandpa was the best man i ever knew. He taught how to fish and took my brother and sister and I camping every summer since I can remember. I am glad that my children could spend so much time with him, they loved him every much. I will miss him everyday but I am happy to know that he is with my grandma and in peace. I love you grandpa thank you for always being there for me.

Mary, I was saddened to hear of your dad's passing. He was a terrific person and I always thought of him as my second dad. I remember the time we went down to go fishing in the boat and I got so sick. He kept telling me to keep my head up don't lay down or else my stomache would keep rolling. We would walk to the fire station after school at Hunt jr high and see him. He always had a plate of cookies set out. It has been a long time since I have seen you or your dad. Graduation from Wilson high. I moved away and recently came back to Tacoma just before my mother passed away. I know how you feel about losing a parent. It was hard for me to understand how you felt when you lost
your mother but my mother told me to be there for you as a friend. Now I am here again as a friend. I will try to make it to the service.
