My heart was broken when I just learned that my dear Liz had passed. I spoke to her last in 2012 to let her know Cat (Louise) and her daughter, Brooklyn, now 13, were all doing well and that we bought a ranch and Cat (Louise) graduated from college and followed me into journalism. I sent flowers for Mother's Day and had no response or from any other correspondence I've sent. Post facebook. I have never forgotten what a kind an Incredible woman and friend she was to me and all of us especially during such a difficult time. I never looked back but Liz and all of you were the good memories I held dear and took with me. My prayers are with you Mike and Darla and James. Elizabeth, along with other Schroer cousins, enjoyed Christmas celebration while growing up . These times were held at F.W. Schroer and wife's plant farm. We also had big egg hunts at Easter each year there. I will try to upload a few pictures of these Christmas pictures with Elizabeth in them.
