She was born Audie Elizabeth Barber on June 11, 1927 in Austin, Texas. Her family moved to Washington and she graduated from Clover Park High School. She married Angelo "Charlie" DeCaterina in 1947.
She is survived by three of her six siblings, Bennie Baldwin, William Barber (Sally), and Robert Barber (Judy). She has also left her two children, Charlene Tweden (Ron) and Peter DeCaterina (Laura), three grandchildren, Angela Heath (Ken), Todd Tweden, and Anna DeCaterina, and four great-granddaughters, Jordan Tweden, Allison Heath, Sarah Heath, and Isabella Pynchon.
She was a gentle soul who took humble pride in caring for others. She was a doting grandmother and great-grandmother, and she was tirelessly generous with her attentions to them. Her favorite thing was spending time with her family. They will always miss their "Aunt Liz".
