Elizabeth Antonia Barse's Obituary
Elizabeth Antonia (Mosig) Barse went home to our Lord December 20, 2015. Elizabeth was born May 3, 1926 in Buenauburg, Czechoslovakia. She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, William Robert Barse and great-granddaughter Brooke Ashleigh Coates. She is survived by her son Robert A. Barse and daughter Monica Barse Whitlock (William deceased), granddaughter Priscilla Whitlock-Coates (Dean), great-granddaughter Miranda Stark (Kyle) and many friends in the United States and Europe. A viewing is scheduled on Sunday December 27, 2015 from 2:00pm - 6:00pm at Mountain View Funeral Home (main entrance). Funeral services will be held Monday, December 28, 2015 at 10:00 also at Mountain View Memorial Park Garden Chapel, internment will immediately follow. A reception to celebrate Elizabeth's love of life and her generosity for all of God’s creatures will follow Internment. Elizabeth was well known for her compassion towards animals. Contributions, in lieu of flowers, can be made in her name to the Human Society for Tacoma and Pierce County.
