Grandma, you have brought me many great laughs and memories with your life and stories. I'm sorry I always used to call you "Grandpa" when I called. It kind of became our running joke. I'm glad you and grandpa are together again.
My grandma was a woman that had many trials and lived through all of them with dignity and warmth. She always cared for others because it was the "right thing to do." She many times, along with my grandpa, put others before themselves at a true cost to their own well being and means. Grandma was a true world thinker to the end. She was listening to news all the time. She lost her sight so many years ago but was still sewing and crafting. She had many opinions, most of which I felt were admirable and well thought out. She saw many truths about people and the world that many of us don't. She was a true woman and mother in every sense of the word. I will always think of her when I am weak to remember what it was like to have strength. I will miss you so much, Grandma. I love you.##imported-begin##Sabrena Lawton (Granddaughter)##imported-end##
Ahh Elinor. You were such an inspiration to me. You encouraged me in my darkest hour, and complimented me on my skils, such as they were then.
I will never forget some of the things you said to me that turned out to be excellent advice. You have never been forgotten.
I am so glad that you and Tom were able to know each other these past few years. He truly enjoyed visiting you from time to time.
My prayers are with your family. Rest well, you deserve it.##imported-begin##Susan##imported-end##
