Eleanor Howe's Obituary
Eleanor Howe September 30, 1922 - November 1, 2014 Eleanor Koch Howe, aged 92, a long-time Tacoma area resident, passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2014. Eleanor was born in Hebron, ND on September 30, 1922 to Henry and Helen Mees Koch. She graduated from Hebron High School in 1941 and attended what is now Dickenson State University. Eleanor arrived in Tacoma, WA in 1942 and there she met and married Adolph Howe on August 8, 1947. Eleanor finished her retail career with Peoples Store. She was predeceased by her father in 1961, her mother in 1974, and her husband in 1998. Eleanor is survived by her only brother, Raymond (Gertrude) Koch of Billings, MT, her nephew Monte Koch of Big Timber, MT, and a very special caregiver and friend, Linda Crandall of Puyallup, WA.
