Hello, my name is Rebecca and you dont know me but I wanted to write this because I saw that you recently lost a loved one. I want to offer my sincere condolences. I look at the age Elaine was and that's the same age that my father in law was when he passed away, too young. It's never easy losing those we love and most of us have gone through it more than once. However I wanted to share with you what helped me to deal and cope with difficult times such as this. I like to look to the bible for comfort, you probably have your own religion and I totally respect that. You might enjoy looking this up in your own bible as well. The scripture is found at John 5:28,29 which says, "Do not marvel at this, the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come on out." This is showing us that soon we will be reunited with our loved ones, what a thrilling time that will be. I look forward to that so much. The other thought I wanted to share with you is a scripture that I've read so many times and never stop loving it. It's Revelation 21:4. It reads, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore the former things have passed away." Have you ever thought of a time of not losing our loved ones in death anymore and not even having to die at all? This is what our creator is promising us. Also it mentions no pain, whether it be physical or emotional. Isn't it true that most of us deal with one of those or both? Then, no more tears, only happy tears. When you truly meditate on that scripture it can bring us comfort and hope, something that we all need. My hope for you is that you are surrounded by family and friends that can help you through these hard times. That just maybe I might have provided even a little comfort to you. Please know that I do care that you lost someone precious to you.
If you would like any bible literature or just to hear more comforting scriptures, just email me and I would love to provide that for you. With my deepest sympathy.
