Elaine Ruth Lake's Obituary
Elaine was born October 12, 1928 in Sioux City, Iowa. She graduated from Orting High School. She was a long time resident of Lakewood. Elaine was an accomplished homemaker and devoted herself to the care of her family.
She passed away on July 4, 2014. She was 85 years old. Her primary interests were her ministry as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, her family, reading and gardening. Elaine is remembered as a loving wife, mother and friend.
She is survived by sister Carol Clark, brother James Jarman, daughters Janice Lake and Joyce Livingston, three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Ronald Lake. She will be deeply missed. A memorial service will be announced.
