I was in shock to learn of Uncle EL death and devastated that I was unable to attend the service. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you continously. Stay close and in touch. I believe he would have wanted that. Look forward not back

Although I did not have the honor of meeting EL, I believe who he was as a man, husband, father, veteran and friend will live on through everyone whom he knew and loved. My deepest condolences to all his family and friends for the loss of a wonderful man.

E. L. was my cousin. He had a distinguished career and life. At our last family reunion he spoke of his life experiences. He had challenges as an African American during his time to further his work in the military, education and career.. However, he persevered and did well. He encouraged the young people at the family reunion to be the best that they could be.
