Eileen I Knight's Obituary
Eileen passed peacefully on August 25, 2016 at the age of 84.
Eileen was born September 1931 in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan – the second child of seven. In 1952, she married the love of her life, Barrie Knight. In 1964, Eileen and Barrie and their two children, Eric and Catherine moved to Tacoma, Washington where both Eileen and Barrie worked in the banking industry and raised their family before returning to Canada to retire together.
Eileen’s greatest passion was her husband and family, needlework, gardening, and travel.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son Eric and wife Sabine, daughter Catherine, her Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and surviving siblings.
A funeral service and memorial for Eileen is scheduled for 1PM at Mountain View Memorial Park Garden Chapel on Tuesday, September 6. All are welcome to attend and remember Eileen.
Predeceased by her one and only love, Eileen will be laid to rest with her beloved Barrie immediately following the funeral.
