Edward Spooner's Obituary
Edward Spooner April 2, 1913- July 15, 2011. Born in Staples, Minnesota, his family moved to Tacoma, Washington in 1919. He was pre-deceased by his wife Nellie in 1982 and second wife Betty in 2003. He will be remembered for his love of fishing, baseball, senior ballroom dancing and family. He will be lovingly remembered by his son Ed Spooner, wife Marjorie, and their daughters Allison Larson, Lynn Watson, and Sarah Cox; son Bruce Spooner, wife Susan, and their daughter Melinda Nordby; and daughter Lonnie Brajcich, husband Don, and their children Carrie, Kris, and Scott Brajcich. Also eleven great-grandchildren and his many friends. The family thanks the staff at Foss Home & Village in Seattle for their tender care. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Edward is buried at Mountain View Funeral Home in Lakewood.
