Edward S. Cartozian's Obituary
Edward S. Cartozian died on November 23 at the age of 93. Born in Sivas, Turkey. He traveled to America with his family as an infant and made his life in the northwest. He was a businessman in Tacoma for over 60 years as owner and operator of Cartozian and Sons Carpets. He was an active member of the Tacoma Rotary and supporter of the Boys Club. He was a founder of the Lakewood Players. An avid fisherman and accomplished wood craftsman, he will be remembered for his strength of character, energy, and quick wit. He was pre-deceased by his wife Mary and daughter Carol. He is survived by his daughter and son in law and Shirley Wilson of Seattle, granddaughters Alyson and Meredyth and grandson Edward of Los Angeles, CAA memorial service will be held in the Mt. View Garden Chapel on Saturday, November 27 at 4 PM following a private family burial.
