Edward Hogan's Obituary
Edward Hogan, 97 of Lakewood WA passed away peacefully with his family at his side on March 27, 2017. Edward was born in Mount Vernon NY on September 14, 1919 to his caring parents Louis and Caroline.
In life, Edward enjoyed traveling with trips to Hawaii, Reno and Las Vegas being his favorites. He enjoyed golf as a pastime and was particular to his favorite music of marches and opera selections.
Edward retired from the US Army after a long career of service. For his service to our country, Edward received the Bronze Star as a commendation of his commitment to our country.
Edward is survived by his beloved wife Clara, loving daughter Linda Eisenbeis (Bradley) of Gig Harbor and his cherished grandsons Brandon and Stefan.
Also survived by his sister in-law Christa Sandoval and her son Marc, special relatives Paul and Chris Mesaros and family of Seattle, special friends Jane Montequin, Ed and Barbara Ward, Ruth Peterson and family.
Graveside services for Edward will be held at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th St Kent WA 98042 on Friday May 5, 2017 at 1:30/PM. Gathering at the cemetery will be start at 1:00/PM. Family and friends kindly invited.
