Edward C. Sennett's Obituary
Edward C. Sennett, 92, of Tacoma passed away May 29, 2004 after a short illness. He is survived by his wife K. Jacqueline Sennett; a step-son, D. Troy Pruitt and wife Myla of Lincoln, IL; and two granddaughters, Lisa D. Pruitt and Erin M. Pruitt of Normal, IL. Mr. Sennett was born June 16, 1911 in Chicago, IL. He served in the US Army as a Staff Sergeant. He worked for Tacoma City Light and Power as an automotive serviceman until retiring in 1973. He was a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers #1152. He received a Doctor of Motors certificate in 1957 from Perfect Circle Corp. of Indiana. Mr. Sennett was a lifetime member of VFW Post #969. He attended St. JosephÂ's Catholic Church.Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 4, 2004 in the Mt. View Garden Chapel, with services following at 11:00 AM in the Chapel. Military rites will be accorded at the graveside service which follows.
