Edna Ella Sloan's Obituary
Edna Ella Sloan (Seiglock) born October 27, 1928 went home to our Heavenly Father on July 16, 2017 at 10 p.m.
Edna was always warm and welcoming. She loved to cook and no one left her presence hungry. She was very artistic with crochet and started painting landscapes and stills the last year or so of her life. At the nursing home, she loved soaking in the sun in the atrium and playing Bingo where she amassed a number of porcelain dolls besides those she made herself.
Preceded in death on October 19, 2013 is Edna’s spouse, Curtis Larkin Sloan.
She will be sorely missed by her daughters; Marsha Doss (Randy), Sheila Crawford (Michael), Vera Pascal (Greg Borlund). Grand Children; Jennifer Smith (James), Taylor Randall (Zack Scott), Angel Campeau, Carolyn Canon (John) and Daniel Crawford (Jen). Great Grand Children; Elara Celeste Smith and Jasper Lee Crawford.
We want to thank Emeritus Assisted Living Facility, Puyallup Nursing & Rehabilitation & Good Samaritan Hospital for their care and compassion for our Mom.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 29th between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m at Mountain View Funeral Home.
Services will be held Sunday, July 30th at Mountain View Funeral Home at 1pm in the Aspen Chapel with Graveside Services at 2:30 p.m. Reception to follow.
