Edna Perry's Obituary
Edna Theresa Owens was born in Spokane, WA on October 15, 1927. She came from a big, close family, and was the seventh of nine children. She married Bill Danielson in 1947. They had five children and moved from Spokane to Moses Lake, and then to Lakewood in 1967. Edna went to work after her kids were mostly grown, and was the switchboard operator and friendly face that greeted everyone at Mountain View Funeral Home for over 20 years. After 50 years of marriage, Bill passed away in 1997. She met and married Ray Perry in 2003. Edna and Ray enjoyed their time together to the fullest. Edna was also very busy volunteering at St. Frances Cabrini Church and St. Clare Hospital. She was loved by all who knew her for her kindness and generous spirit. She was preceded in death by her oldest son, Jack, in 1983. She is survived by her loving husband Ray, her children Teri (George) Drago, Dan (Christine) Danielson, Patrick (Char) Danielson, and Marybeth (Randy McElroy) Danielson, 12 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. Edna passed away on December 3rd after battling Alzheimer's disease.
