Edith “Edie” Wollgramm, age 95, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2026, in Tacoma, Washington. She was born on July 19, 1930, in Welhall, Germany, the first of four children to Ziegfried and Eleanor Bock. Edie’s early years were Read Obituary
Edith was such a kind, sweet, loving woman with a terrific personality and a winning that lit up the room! She had a lifetime of stories to share and was such fun to be around. The image is from a photo from the German Lodge Christmas party December of 2024. Edith was always delightful and looked stunning 😍 She will definitely be missed by many.
Edie and Eckhard were constant supporters of everything Masonic. She worked on almost every project I was involved in from cooking to hostessing to traveling to the Portland Shrine hospital and recruiting her sister to join us and help with the guests on our Leavenworth train and bus trips during the holiday season. Eckhard never missed an Affifi Shrine function and always volunteered to assist both Daughters of the Nile and Ladies Oriental Shrine when help was needed. We traveled Mexico, the Orient, the United States and cruised with them for over 30 years. Edie was one of the most pleasant and kindest people I have known in my lifetime and both Don and I feel very blessed to have had our long, lasting friendship and love from Edie and Eckhard Wollgram. So comforting to know they have been reunited.
