Eddie Lee Sigh 's Obituary
Eddie Lee Sigh was born on December 10, 1940 in Dale Arkansas to Chris Sigh, Eloise Matthews and James William Sr. (d) who preceded him in death.
That he was called to his heavenly home on July 16, 2017. He peacefully slept away at his home at 3:30 PM in the afternoon.
After graduating from Harrison high school in Blytheville, Arkansas, Eddie join the United States Army on December 9, 1961 at Fort Eustis,VA.
After retiring and traveling to various states Eddie settled in Shoreline Washington where he utilize his culinary skills and various restaurants. And he commuted to fort Lewis army base daily where he was a shift leader of certain victory food services. Well under their employment Eddie met and was united in holy matrimony to his beloved Dale Evans Kelly on March 15, 2005.
Eddie confessed Christ at a very early age and after relocating to Lakewood Washington He and Dale joined Refreshing Springs COGIC where they were faithful members until connecting with their current church family Mt. Tahoma Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Larry Slavens.
Eddie leaves to cherish his memories: Beloved wife, Dale Evans Kelly Sigh, 3 children: Eddie R. Sigh (Tricia) of Katy, Texas, Sherry Sigh (Joe) of Arlington, WA, April Kelly Boneperte (David) of Lakewood, WA. 6 Sisters: Helen Peterson (Arthur) of Chicago, IL, Linda Sigh of St. Louis, MO, preceded in death by Margie, Orlean, Laura. Brothers: Ivan Williams of Chicago, IL, Murray Williams of Chicago IL, Carter Sigh (Pricilla) of St. Louis, MO, Jimmie Sigh (Tossi) of Riverside, GA, Chris Sigh of South Bend, IND, James Sigh (Jean) of Springfield, MO proceeded in death by Chris, Robert, Freddie, Willie, Larry, James and Charles. A host of grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and abundance of nieces, nephews, cousins ( eldest cousin Yvonne Longmire). Johnie Smith, North Carolina, Father In-Law Johnny Fowlkes of Selma AL, Mother-in-law Daisy Mae Cleveland, Kelly McQueen of Selma (d),AL Joseph McQueen (d) of Selma 6: Bother-in-laws, 6 Sister-in-laws Deloris Mae Kelly (d). Numerous aunts, uncles and loving friends to mourn his passing notably Pastor Larry Slavens called by Eddie as "My Friend" and Jonathan Leonard as "My Buddy".
