Honored to have know and served with Dwayne. Prayers for the family.
Hello friends and family of Sgt Kemp, i can remember on many times during the different Annual training's and drills that if we ever had any issues with equipment he would always help us figure out how to fix. He will be miss, god speed my friend. Ssg Williams,
I did have the privilege of meeting my cousin, Dwayne Kemp, several years ago when I was in the Seattle Area. I remember a very warm and vibrant person with a generous heart. During the short time I was visiting with the Kemp family I could see that Dwayne had a fabulous sense of humor and loved his family very much. The Kemps are in our thoughts and prayers at this time. I will have a Mass said for Dwayne - Warmest regards Eileen Van Hauser Fuentes
