Born in Manhattan, New York, New York on 7-08-22, he earned a BA from City College of New York and served in the Army during WWII. He graduated from Chicago Medical School in 1949. He completed his medical Internship at San Bernardino County Hospital. Later, he completed his medical Residency at San Bernardino County Hospital, City of Hope Medical Center, and Seaside Memorial Hospital, Long Beach, CA. He served as a Navy doctor holding the rank of Lieutenant in the Korean conflict. Afterwards, he practiced medicine in Puyallup from 1960-1991. Sidney served as Master of Corinthian Lodge, Puyallup, Venerable Master Scottish Rite Masons, 33ï‚° Scottish Rite Mason, Commander Ivanhoe Commandery of Knights Templar, High Priest Tacoma Chapter Royal Arch Masons, Master Walter F. Meier Lodge of Research, Surgeon National Sojourners, Grand Chaplin of Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons, Patron of Naomi Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, Patron of Rhododendron Court, Court of Amaranth, and he served as Masonic Grand Master of Washington, 1990-1991. He is survived by his wife Lori of 59 years, four children: Cheryl (Mark), Charles (Gayle), Barbara, Ken (Lynn), and five grandsons; Jeffrey, Jimmy, Jesse, Korey, and Branson Private graveside services will be held at Tahoma National Cemetery.
