Dorothy Mae Christel-Brown's Obituary
Dorothy Christel Brown Went to meet our Lord on May 1, 2008 in Glendale, Arizona. Dorothy was born in Castle Rock, Washington June 14, 1912 to Joe and Helen Cline. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Bamford, son-in-law, Lowell Bamford, two grandchildren, Michael Bamford and Christen Shelton, and one great-granddaughter Jordyn Shelton. Dorothy worked for Internal Revenue in Tacoma for many years. She then went to work for the NCO Club at Fort Lewis as an office cashier for nearly 20 years. She resided in Tacoma for most of her life. For the last 20 years, she enjoyed winters in Arizona. She will be greatly missed by her family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Arizona. Graveside services will take place at 12:30 pm Saturday, May 10 at Mt. View Memorial Park, in Lakewood.
