Dorothy M. West's Obituary
Dorothy "Dottie" West, 93, died peacefully on Thursday, May 18, 2006. Dottie was born in White Fish, Montana on August 18, 1912. She moved to Vaughn, Washington as a young girl and graduated from Vaughn High School. Her greatest pleasures came from spending time with her family, gardening, handcrafts and beach activities. She is survived by her son, Curt of San Diego, California, a sister, Jane Van Slyke of Vaughn, two grandsons, Chris and Eric, a great grand daughter, Amelia and numerous nieces and nephews.Dottie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, who will be greatly missed.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
