Dorothy and my mother were friends and were pregnant together. Cindy and I were due during the terrible blizzard of January 1950. The county sent a plow at my father's request that got stuck in our neighborhood. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry and we both arrived after the storm. We have been friends ever since.
