Dorothy Marie Isaacs
Dorothy Marie Isaacs passed away peacefully at the Laurel House Apartment on May 4th, 2012 at 1:47am. Dorothy was born January 7th, 1915 in Denton Kansas, moved to Tacoma Washington in 1942. Dorothy lost her husband Raymond in 1976 and her only son Richard in 2006. Dorothy has one surviving sister Betty Jo Wood who lives in Kansas with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Dorothy was a very loyal member of St. Paul's Methodist Church. Dorothy also worked for 22 years as a volunteer coordinator at Tacoma General Hospital. Dorothy would like to thank Amy the registered nurse at Narrow's Glen that coordinated with hospice nurse Julie, and Mary the social worker for their help toward the end. Dorothy's past few years would have not been possible without the loving and dedicated support of all the health care providers and aids under Deb Myers care at the Narrow's glen Facility.
