Born 6/1/1920 Griggsville Illinois; died 7/10/2008 Tacoma Washington. Survived by husband, Robert Carlyle, and daughter Carla Jann Coffman. Memorial service will be held Saturday, July 19th, 1:00 p.m. in the Garden Chapel, Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood WA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Susan G.
