Dorothy Carlson's Obituary
Dorothy A. Carlson, loving wife, sister, aunt, and a friend to many, passed away May 22nd, 2013. Born in Butte, Montana, November 28, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Hazel Martin. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Tacoma and worked for 30 years at Wells Fargo Bank in Tacoma. She was married to the late Robert Anton Carlson for 50 years. Dottie and Bob enjoyed many years of happiness cruising in their boat. They were both active in the Totem Yacht Club.
She was a longtime member of the First Lutheran Church. Dottie was frequently volunteering and always helping others. Her energy and smile will be missed.
In addition to her parents and husband Bob, she was preceded in death by her brother, Albert Donald Martin. She is survived by her nephew Greg and his wife Kaye, niece Kathy Martin, niece Janie Fleming and her family, husband Dan, daughters Erin Ramana, Kelly Potter, and son Daniel Fleming. She also is also survived by two great-great nieces and a great-great nephew.
Her Memorial Service will be at Mountain View Memorial Park,  June 12, 2013,
at 11:30 a.m.
