Remembering, when Doris, spent a day at my home with my family and me. She was forward thinking and fun to be around. She moved away and I lost touch with her; Occasionally, I would ask Rhonda, how she was doing. I remember her having an illness, but she kept right on going, she did not let it stop her.(I admired that about her) She was kind, a believer in God and self improvement. Although its been many years since I spoke to Doris, she her mom and sisters will always be part of the fabric that consists of friends and family who have been instrumental in molding me into the person I am today.
Doris, I know your are safe in the arms of Jesus. We will talk and laugh again soon.
Doris was a huge inspiration and mentor to me. She had a huge heart and always found the good in things and I loved her sense of humor! I pray for comfort for her family. She will be missed here on Earth, but I know the lord has welcomed her into his arms :)
It's 2am on Easter morning and I just read about the passing of my beautiful friend of over 50 years. I am stunned and extremely saddened, but am so blessed to have grown up (elementary, Jr high, and high school) with such an amazing and loving person. I have the best memories of our childhood and will always cherish our friendship. The last time we spoke we laughed about the good times in Seavey Circle. She leaves a great legacy with her family and will always be my Sister. My sincere condolences to the family. Rest well Doris Ann.❤️
