Summer 2018
I was her supervisor at Friendship House; and her friend. I wrote to her (have the card now returned to me) I called and got no answer. I will miss her sweet spirit. She ALWAYS wanted to help. I could count on her to make a patient feel better, feel safer and feel accepted. She was happy for anyone's good fortune. I wish she could have had more. She was humble and deserved it. She LOVED her family so much. She talked about her daughter and grandchildren. My grandchildren and I loved to go to Grace Chapel. If only it could have been a normal year.
I will personally miss Doris and think of her quite often. She would have been invited to my wedding. My condolences.
