Donna Glaholt. Just the name puts a smile on my face. The image of the woman, mother, grandmother and friend brings a warmth to my soul. She was like a second mother to me in my teens. She opened her home to numerous kids during those years as Margie and I grew up. I will always remember her as a loving mother- the kind all kids should have. My memories include her in her blue kitchen, her garden, Mopsy and the one BIG kitten, trips to Pacific Beach, wonderful Christmases, her gentle nature, soft chuckle and mainly her love and devotion to her daugther, my friend, Marge. She was an inspiation to me as a mother whether she knew it or not. In fact I don't think I fully realized it until she passed.
My heartfelt sympathy to you, Marjorie, your sisters, your children and extended family. That Donna Glaholt was one special lady!##imported-begin##Lori Leisner##imported-end##
