I had the pleasure of knowing Donna my entire life. My grandma was best friends with her Mom and my Grandpa was best friends with her Father. My sister Irene was once married to Rick Kennedy. They had two wonderful children who I know will miss their Grandmother very much. The one memory that comes to mind is Donna making my sixth grade class a cartoon character cake. She was determined to make that cake perfect. I remember standing there as a child thinking how "cool" that cake looked, but it just wasn't good enough for Donna. She had to get every detail perfect before I took it to my class.I was the "cool" kid that day in class! Donna was a warm hearted loving person. There was never a time in 44 years that I didn't stop to look across the field from my grandma's house to see if I could see her in her yard are somewhere outside. I remember when my Mom passed away in 1999. When we left the Chapel Donna was the first person standing there waiting for us to come out. She was a remarkable women who will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. My deepest sympathy to all of her children, grandchildren and remaining family members.##imported-begin##Gloria Leach and Joseph Ashton##imported-end##
