Donald R. Bergman Sr.
Donald R. Bergman, Sr, age 85, of Gig Harbor passed away on July 8, 2011. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, & friend. He proudly served his country in the US Navy SeeBees in Iwo Jima during WWII. He was employed as an electrician until retiring. He was preceded in death by Katy Martin (wife) and Dean (son). He is survived by his wife of 30 years Melody, children Neal (Cindy), Brian (Jean) and Donald (Penny) and Marianne. He is also survived by his grandchildren, extended family members, and friends. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched. No service will be held at his request. Memorial to be held July 24th 1pm at a family residence. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
