This is Amelia Thomas and Charles Vanek from Mann Middle school, we were on Mr. Dominic’s bus, we wish our hearts to him, and Amelia is very in debt to him. Mr. Dominic was one of the staff at the school that brightened the world around him and always made us smile. We’re very sorry for all of our, and the worlds loss.
Dominic was such a kind and sweet person. You will be missed immensely. Just before break I received a few calls from parents wanting to make sure that Dominic was still their driver and was coming back. They even left a message for him wishing him to get well soon. Dominic was very much loved by his students, parents and transportation staff. You will be truly missed. Thank you so much for all your help with my son’s gaming computer. My condolences to your wife and kids.

We have worked together for at least seven years. You have driven bus for my little ECEAP students each year at Rainier. I always knew I could count on you to get them to and from school safely. You always loved the children and brightened our morning. Each morning you would greet me with , “ Good morning beautiful”. You made an effort to bright every kids day with a smile or greeting even if it wasn’t a child who rode your bus. You will be greatly missed. I send our warmest wishes and prayers for your family. A bright light has gone out in this world.

I first met Dom when his youngest son started riding my bus. He was one of those parents drivers love. Very understanding, helpful and never got upset if the bus was late. Everytime I pulled up to his house, he was in the front window watching for us. When I found out he could drive bus, I encouraged him to come drive with us. When Gio was a little older he did just that. He was a great fit. He always had a smile for everyone. When he saw that someone was having a bad day, he was the first one to offer you a hug. I will miss him greatly.
