Dominador Solis Serquina's Obituary
Dominador “ Dom” S. Serquina went to be with the Lord at the Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma, WA. at the age of 71.
Dom is survived by his wife Teresita C. Serquina, his son Dino, his daughter Tsarina, daughter in law Aileen Serquina and 2 grandchildren, Ashley and Brandon.
Dom was born in Mangaldan Pangasinan, Philippines. He graduated from the University of the East in the Philippines in 1966 with a degree in Accounting. After moving from his hometown of Dagupan to Pasig City, he met and married his wife Teresita Calata in October 23, 1971. He worked as an accountant in the Philippines and his family migrated to Guam in Feb 10, 1987. While in Guam, he worked for Safeway and Goodwill and in 1997 he moved his family to the State of Washington where he worked for National Asian Pacific Center on Aging (NAPCA) until he retired.
A funeral is scheduled for 1:00PM on May 18th 2017 at Mountain View in Steilacoom WA. with a reception to follow at the Aspen room of the Celebration of Life Building of Mountain View. A Catholic priest will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend the celebrate Dom’s life.
