Born on Sept. 29th 1971 in Fort Lewis WA to Carolyn Wilson Ross & Felix Casteele. Dionne loved and if you knew her you have known love.
Dionne was a joy to her grandparents. Bernice & John Wilson. Rosetta Casteele. Their love & guidance blessed her with a
spiritual foundation for the love of God.
She loved Sunday school as a young child.

Wonderful daughter, mother, sibling and friend. Dionne Nicole loved her family. She was proud of her family’s military history, service and country. She was an avid reader. She loved fashion and enjoyed traveling, music,art, dancing and hiking. She relaxed driving her Porsche throughout scenic routes.
The little people ( children ) nickname her Denoncye.
Diva she is in the highest esteem.
