Dim Set's Obituary
Dim Set, 42, received her wings at 2:30pm on Saturday, July 15, 2017 alongside family and friends. Dim was an inspiration, motivator and mentor. She gave unconditional love and guidance selflessly every day. Her quiet and calm demeanor was always accompanied with a smile that would warm your soul. She was a rock to her friends and family in their time of need. With perseverance and strength to make the impossible possible, she had the heart of a true warrior. And in that competitive spirit, she completed the Seattle To Portland twice and countless triathlons and races.
The matriarch of her family, she leaves behind her husband, Lo Heit, son, Aron, and two daughters, Amelyna and Amira.
Additionally, she is survived by her parents, Set Chranh and In Poeurn, Sisters: Seang with her daughters Silla and Bella, Sout and her husband Kim Son their Angel Casey and Son Cameron, Molly and her husband Robert with their children Noellen, Ty-Moni, Angel Bubba, Kenzie, Kaurso and grandchildren Hayden, Rhylen and Ruben, Dea and Todd their sons Centrel and Prince and grandson Bichsel, Melissa and Jafar, Angels Maher and Racquel & baby Liam, Sandy and Steve and children Kaleb, Malia and Brandon.
Celebration of Life Services for Dim will be held on Saturday July 22, 2017 in the following locations and times:
A Temple service will be held at 9:00 AM at Khmer Theravadin Buddhist Temple, 1420 E 44th St, Tacoma, WA 98404 followed by a Prayer Service at 3:00 PM at Mountain View Funeral Home Valley Chapel, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA 98499. A Crematory Drive will follow at 6:00 PM at Mountain View Memorial Park Crematory. Family and friends kindly invited.
