We are so sorry for your loss. Years ago we met Diane and Larry. They were the best of people. Your Mom was caring, thoughtful, interesting, and alive with energy and humor. We want you to know she is missed and that our prayers and thoughts are with you. I met Diane through our Eliot group in Tacoma and was always impressed by her intelligence, focus, & energy. Among many “positives,” I thought it was great that Diane had a skype phone conversation with her four sons together every week.

I got to know Diane when she was secretary to the City Club. My boss, Linda BeMiller, was President of the Club at the time. I also knew Larry and Diane because I was a Whitman grad in the class of 1962. My condolences to the family. It sounds like she had wonderful times with her grandchildren.
