DeSaundra Dorsey-Dixon was born January 11, 1970 in Mound Bayou, Mississippi to Diane Dorsey-Hall. She departed this life for eternal on Monday, April 3, 2006 at 2:00 a.m.DeSaundra moved to Tacoma, Washington with her mother, Diane in 1975. She attended Tacoma Public Schools.DeSaundra loved people and was a joy to each that she met. She was very charismatic, giving, loving, and kind. Her most precious gift to life was sharing her joy for life with others, joking and full of laughter.DeSaundra was preceded in death by her aunts, Birdie Warren and Mary Ann Hall, grandmother Lena Dorsey, grandfather Arthur Chaves, and aunt Leola Ambrew.She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Diane Dorsey-Hall. Children: Teaire Bell, DeAnna Dixon, Deaunty Dixon, Deterraic Dixon, Diane, Tamarrie Dixon, and Khaire Dorsey. Sister, Vanessa Hayes (Ateoka, TN), brother, Marvin Dorsey (Tacoma, Washington). Uncles: Phillip Dorsey (Greenville, Mississippi), Stanley Dorsey (Leland, Mississippi), Fabian Dorsey (Tacoma, Washington), aunt Nettie White (Greenville, Mississippi), special aunt Wanda White, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.SPECIAL THANKS TO HEARTWOOD EXTENDED HEALTH CARE AND EMPLOYEES.Viewing will be from 1:00 to 9:00 PM on Friday, April 14, 2006 at Mountain View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 15, 2006 in the Mountain View Valley Chapel.Contributions may be made to the DeSaundra Dixon ChildrenÂ's Fund at any Washington Mutual Bank Branch.
