Dennis Gene Smith's Obituary
Dennis (or Denny as most of you knew him) Gene Smith was born October 17th, 1951 and died at home on August 22nd, 2016 at the age of 64. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Shelley Anne (Page) Smith, daughters Alyssa Rose Smith and Cassandra Jean (Smith) Hamilton son-in-law James Hamilton and his pride and joys his granddaughters Sarah (5), Ava (2) and Nora (4 months), sister Donna Vincent brother Danny Smith and all of his family and friends.
If you knew Denny you knew that he did what he wanted, which rang true until the day he died but he would always put his family first for his family he loved with his whole heart. No matter what he did as work, his love was working with wood which he was phenomenal at but he was a handy man through and through, if he could think it, he would find a way to make it.
Denny really enjoyed Elk hunting with his friends every October in Eastern Washington and he was really looking forward to filling his special permit that he was drawn for this year.
He will be missed as a husband, a father, a Papa and a true friend.
