Dennis M. Tallman's Obituary
Dennis M. Tallman, age 61, died on February 12, 2005, following a courageous battle with emphysema.He was born May 28, 1943, in Tacoma, Washington, to the late Mabel Miller and Homer Tallman. He graduated from Lincoln High School, class of 1962, and served in the U.S. Air Force. After the military, he worked in the transportation industry, primarily imports and exports, until his retirement.Dennis had a variety of interests including gardening, landscaping, raising koi, decorating, and his beloved pets. He will be remembered most for his keen sense of humor and caring nature.Dennis is survived by partner, Bob Gooderl; sister, Rhoda (Stan) Loe; brother, Gene (Michal) Tallman; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.At DennisÂ' request, there will not be a memorial service. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Lung Association.
